123 Mission Street was designed by the renowned architects Skidmore,
Owings & Merrill and developed by Shorenstein Company in 1986. The
building is constructed of steel and concrete, enveloped with
travertine, marble and glass, and crowned with a pyramid shaped roof.
The lobby features a spectacular chandelier, which reflects light from
the granite floor to create a flow of color and elegance.
The site contains a variety of retail shops and a beautifully landscaped
plaza with benches surrounding a quaint fountain constructed of
travertine. Located in the San Francisco Financial District's South of
Market submarket, the building is convenient to public transportation,
shopping, and excellent restaurants. It's also two and a half blocks
from San Francisco Bay and just a brief walk to AT&T Park.
